Frozen Yogurt Marble Bark

This fun and simple recipe makes a chic treat out of protein rich greek yogurt! There was something so satisfying about making this. Piping the yogurt… dragging the skewer through it to create the pretty marble affect… seeing the finished result once frozen… The only thing better was getting to snap off a piece and eat it! Mmm!

Use the flavours of your choosing. I loved the combo of strawberry and lemon from @libertecanada and @olympic_dairy for the rich and extra creamy texture with extra protein!

Frozen Yogurt Marble Bark Recipe

You’ll Need:

• 1 Large Tub of Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
• 1 Med Tub of Strawberry Greek Yogurt
• 1 Med Tub of Lemon Greek Yogurt
• Zest of 1 Lemon
• Fruit toppings of your choosing. I used Strawberries and Raspberries.

You’ll also need a parchment lined baking tray, a skewer, and 2 large Ziplock bags for piping.

Directions
Spread the base layer of Vanilla or Plain Yogurt.

Fill a large Ziplock bag with your first flavour for piping. I rested my bag in a wide mouth jar and allowed the yogurt to fall into one of the corners.

Clip a small pice of the corner which will be your piping tip.

Pipe horizontal stripes of yogurt in the first flavour (Strawberry), then alternate with the second (Lemon) in between to create a striped pattern. (Pink, yellow, pink, yellow, etc.)

Using a skewer, you’ll now create the marbled look. Drag the skewer down vertically pulling the stripes of colour down toward the bottom. Then move over an inch and move upward again to the top. Repeat - making sure to only blend the top layer and keep a solid base. Blend your marbling to a desired look.

Top with Fruit and the zest of a Lemon.

Freeze for 2 hours or more.

Once frozen, break into pieces like bark and enjoy!

If you make this recipe, I’d love to hear how it turns out!

Enjoy!
