Bunny Platter

So, maybe you have been swayed into the home decor section of your favourite store and a cute bunny or two “hopped” into your cart. Happens to me all the time! Why not utilize that cute decor and make it a part of your food presentation?

The truth is, in my travels I came across the cutest Easter dish that had bunnies peaking over the edge of the bowl. I put it in my cart… took it out of my cart… and eventually decided that I could recreate the whimsical idea on my own.

I already had this white simple white platter at home (which is a must have for every hostess’ kitchen, by the way). I also love this because you can repurpose the bunny in different ways each year. Not to mention, you won’t have to add another season-specific dish to your cupboard!

Fruit tip: Cut your melons into small pieces, leaving the rind on. Easy for guests to enjoy.
